Once your order is placed, we’ll be in touch within a few days to guide you through the next steps and answer any questions you may have.

You’ll also receive a detailed questionnaire to complete and return to us. After we receive your responses, our team will prepare your divorce application papers so that you can lodge them with your local Circuit Court office. Throughout, our support team will be available by phone and email to assist you at each stage.

The Starter Pack costs €69, with the balance of €630 payable when your application papers are finalised and ready to be sent to you for filing with the Circuit Court.

If you prefer not to use PayPal, you can make payment by Bank Draft or Postal Order. Please send it, along with your full name and address, to our Kilkenny office at Number 2, Rose Inn Street, Kilkenny. Once received, we’ll send your Starter Pack by post without delay.
